Onklick Solutions will proceed with the development of the assignment when the requirements are frozen by the client.  Delivery milestones will commence from the date of agreement of the content. Any changes after the confirmation of the requirements could affect both the price and the delivery time to completion.  

• Site Maintenance and upgrade costs are additional and recurring on an annual basis expect for the upgrades included in ii. (This service is offered as an optional extra by Onklick Solutions) 
  
  
• The application of the web site screen display will contain the following statement “Designed and Maintained by Onklick Solutions.” In a discrete font size.
  
  
• Domain name and hosting charges are recurring on annual basis and will be invoiced at the commencement of each year the site is hosted.
  
  
• Taxes are extra as applicable at the time of payment of account.
  
  
• Payment must be full and final as per the terms of payment for contract deliverables to be executed as per the specification.
  
  
• Onklick Solutions cannot be held responsible for any material, supplied by the client, which is incorporated in the web site.
  
  
• The warranty period is one month from the web site being uploaded and available on the web. Any errors must be reported in that period as the warrant payment becomes due from the site being uploaded.
  
  
• This proposal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian laws.
  
  
• The creative development / rejection, fees for job initiated and not approved / finalizes within 30 days of submission, will be charged 50% of the total project cost.
  
  
• If Onklick representative needs to travel apart from Mumbai region regarding project training, ongoing project discussion or maintenance work then client has to provide all kind of travelling and accommodation expenses.
